The band’s journey took them to Toronto, where they established their original lineup: guitarist and lead vocalist Adam Gontier, drummer and backing vocalist Neil Sanderson, and bassist Brad Walst. In 2003, they added lead guitarist Barry Stock, completing the quartet that would define their signature sound. Their evolution continued in 2013 when Gontier departed and was succeeded by Matt Walst, Brad’s younger brother and former lead singer of My Darkest Days. Under RCA Records, Three Days Grace has released seven studio albums, including their self-titled debut in 2003, which achieved 2× platinum status in the United States.
Their second album, One-X (2006), went 3× platinum in the U.S. and earned them a silver certification in the U.K. from the British Phonographic Industry.
