M\u00d8 is a Danish singer-songwriter known for her captivating blend of pop, electronic, and indie sounds. With a mesmerizing voice and infectious energy, she has captivated audiences worldwide. M\u00d8’s unique musical style, coupled with her introspective lyrics and dynamic performances, has solidified her as a truly compelling and talented artist. She has released three studio albums, three extended plays and thirteen singles, plus six as a featured artist.<\/span><\/p>\n Danish singer, songwriter, and producer M\u00d8 established herself as a sought-after collaborator before breaking through as a solo artist. M\u00d8 was first drawn to music at age seven through the Spice Girls before pivoting to punk and indie rock\u2014especially Sonic Youth\u2014as a teen. She was 18 when she began releasing music under various names, including a three-song EP in 2006 as The Edmunds and, with her friend Josefine Struckmann Pedersen, two EPs as MOR.<\/span><\/p>\n M\u00d8 released her debut single, \u201cGlass,\u201d in 2013, though she was initially better known for songwriting and vocal contributions to artists including Avicii (\u201cDear Boy\u201d in 2013) and Iggy Azalea (\u201cBeg for It\u201d in 2014). Her first full-length album, 2014\u2019s No Mythologies to Follow, ranged from torchy ballads to dance-ready anthems. The album reached No. 2 on the charts in M\u00d8\u2019s native Denmark. M\u00d8\u2019s second album, 2018\u2019s Forever Neverland, included collaborations with Charli XCX, What So Not, Two Feet, and Empress Of.
