Seventeen Albums in Order: Seventeen, (Korean: 세븐틴), is a South Korean boy band from Pledis Entertainment, consisting of thirteen talented members: S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino. Since the release of their extended play 17 Carat on May 26, 2015, Seventeen quickly garnered fans in every corner of the world, making it one of the most iconic names in K-pop today. “Love & Letter,” or Seventeen’s debut studio album, was released April 25, 2016, under Pledis Entertainment. The album reveals the refreshing charm of Seventeen through energetic performance and heartwarming lyrics. The title song of the 10-track album, “Pretty U,” contains a theme about first love. Most of the album is composed by the group members themselves, including the writing and composition for nearly every song in the album. “Love & Letter” was a commercial success, topping the South Korean Gaon Album Chart and reaching number three on Billboard’s World Albums chart. A repack with five additional tracks, including “Very Nice,” was later released.

Teen, Age is Seventeen’s second full-length album. It was released on November 6, 2017 by Pledis Entertainment. The lead single “Clap” topped the Billboard World Album Charts at number one. It was the last chapter of the “2017 Seventeen Project” released after the EP Al1 and different unit tracks like “Change Up” and “Trauma.” It was later compiled into Director’s Cut that included the smash hit “Thanks.” Its two editions sold magnificently, furthering Seventeen’s expanding influence internationally in K-pop.

Its third studio album, An Ode, was released on September 16, 2019 by Pledis Entertainment. The album is the first that deviates from the bright and energetic style the group is known for, but rather presents a darker concept with themes of fear and inner turmoil. Leading singles were “Hit” in August and “Fear”, the title track. The album was commercially successful and topped both the South Korean Gaon Album Chart and the Japanese Oricon Albums Chart, as well as the US Billboard World Albums chart at No. 7. The tour for an album was supported by the Ode to You tour, though the COVID-19 pandemic forced that one to be halted.

Face the Sun is the group Seventeen’s fourth studio album, which was released at stores on May 27, 2022, at the most important point in the artistic group Seventeen’s path. The total album has nine tracks, including the lead single “Hot,” which explains the mature development of Seventeen from their earlier bright concepts. It preceded the English single “Darl+ing” and was accompanied by the trailer “Inner Shadows,” which presents to the world the shedding of former images for Seventeen. A re-packaged version Sector 17, released in July 2022 with a single “_World”, further expanded its success. Both the albums earned widespread acclaim and reached considerable positions on almost all international charts and sold millions of copies.
