When it comes to his debut studio album, Logic did not disappoint with “Under Pressure,” released on October 21, 2014. The making of this album started right from 2013, with a highly intensive two-week recording at the beginning of 2014. No I.D. mostly ran the production side with some other producers, including 6ix, DJ Dahi, and DJ Khalil, who shaped that album, calling back to the really dynamic sound of 1990s rap and hip-hop.

“Under Pressure” would gain critical acclaim due to its raw storytelling, thoughtful lyricism, and seemingly classic production. The deluxe edition of the standard album only had two features, Big Sean and Childish Gambino. It topped at number four on the Billboard 200, selling 72,000 copies in its premiere week, and certifying platinum in August 2020. It additionally registered on a number of “best of 2014” lists.

“The Incredible True Story,” the second studio album by American rapper Logic, was released on November 13, 2015, through Visionary Music Group and Def Jam Recordings. Produced by Logic, with executive producer 6ix, Stefan Ponce, Sir Dylan, Syk Sense, Oz, and DJ Dahi, the album includes guest appearances by Big Lenbo, Lucy Rose, Dria, and Jesse Boykins III. With the singles “Young Jesus”, “Like Woah”, and “Fade Away”, the album found both critical acclaim and became commercially successful, reaching #3 on the US Billboard 200 and #1 on the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. Released on 5 May 2017, Everybody is the third studio album by American rapper Logic, stylized as ΞVERYBODY. Distributed through Visionary Music Group and Def Jam Recordings, the guest appearances in the album are really good with such names as Killer Mike, Alessia Cara, Khalid, J. Cole, No I.D., and astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson. Managing production duties brilliantly are ten producers, including the likes of 6ix and Logic himself. Pushing the record forward were three pretty reliable singles in “Everybody,” “Black Spiderman,” and the rather emotional “1-800-273-8255.” “Everybody” was a critical success in the blogging world and made its debut at #1 on the US Billboard 200, being Logic’s first number-one album on the chart.

YSIV is the fourth studio album by American rapper Logic, released on September 28, 2018, by Visionary Music Group and Def Jam Recordings. The work, a stylized mugshot of Logic, nods both toward Frank Sinatra’s iconic image and pays homage visually to the art from his 2011 mixtape ‘Young Sinatra.’ YSIV is a sequel to the 2013 mixtape ‘Young Sinatra: Welcome to Forever’ and serves as the final entry in the Young Sinatra series. “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind” is the sixth studio album by American rapper Logic, released on May 10, 2019, via Def Jam Recordings and Visionary Music Group. It was announced in March 2019 and came shortly after his “Supermarket” soundtrack release. Guest spots include Eminem, Gucci Mane, G-Eazy, Will Smith, Wiz Khalifa, and YBN Cordae, as well as Logic’s father, under the credit “My Dad.” The production on the album was handled by 6ix with additional credits from Cubeatz, DJ Khalil, Frank Dukes, Haze, and Illmind. The album would not sell as much as previous efforts but was still able to debut at number one on the US Billboard 200.

His seventh studio album, “No Pressure,” was released on July 24, 2020, via Def Jam Recordings and Visionary Music Group. It featured diversified production from Logic, including No I.D., 6ix, FnZ, and others, and sampled classic radio shows. It was initially promoted as Logic’s final commercial release, a statement that would be rescinded with the release of “Bobby Tarantino III.”

Critics hailed “No Pressure” as a victorious return to form, pointing to Logic’s lyricism and vocal ability in his return to his musical roots. At its debut, the number two on the US Billboard 200 cemented his impact, with 221,000 album-equivalent units sold in its first week. Released on 17 June 2022, ‘Vinyl Days’ was the eighth and final studio album by American rapper Logic with Def Jam Recordings. Perhaps the most ambitious projects he has undertaken is characterized by its vast tracklisting of 30 songs, the highest in his discography.
